A:Yes. Customized logos can be printed on the tent fabric according to your requirements.

Q: How can I go to visit your factory?
A: Our factory is located in Chengdu city, Sichuan province, China. You can get in touch with us to make an appointment to visit our factory. Then we will arrange the pickup service. Our city is famous of Giant panda and delicious spicy food. You are always welcome to visit our charming city.

Q: Has your tent product been certified?
A:Yes.Our tent product has passed the engineering tests. The PVC fabric used for roof covers and sidewalls has passed the fire tests.

Q:How long is the warranty period?
A: Guarantee one year. During the warranty period, we shall repair or replace the damaged part accordingly because of any damage due to quality problem. Not including man-made damage or accident damage.

Q:Does your tent be able to install repeatedly?
A: Yes. Our tent can be assembled and dismantled repeatedly with small transportation size. The lifespan of steel framework can reach 10+ years, and 5-8 years for PVC fabrics depending on different conditions of usage.

Q: What about your MOQ – minimum order quantity ?
A: MOQ for different products are different, please check them with us before payment.

Q: Can you develop products with our drawing?
A: Yes, please offer your drawing with technical requirements.

Q: What’s your available port of Shipment?
A: We usually export through Chengdu port, Huangpu port, Shenzhen port, Tianjing port, due to destination country.

Q: How long can I receive the dome once it’s ordered?
A: In general, the whole shipping time may require 3-4 weeks to most countries. Custom made dome structures will need more time for production. For the specific delivery time, please feel free to consult with our sales team.

Q: Has your dome product been certified?
A: SHELTER is ISO certified. Our dome products are tested against the most rigorous standards such as the National Fire Protection Code or Building Codes for temporary structures.

Q: Is your dome strong and stable enough?
A: Yes. The main framework is high-quality steel pipe Q235 (anti-rust) which is calculated and tested as the strongest material for outdoor use. Dome cover fabric is made of double-faced PVC coating synthetic fiber, which has the best performances in breaking strength, water-proof, block-out, UV-proof, flame retardant (B1 DIN4102/ NFPA 701), jointed by high-frequency welding craft. It can resist wind up to 100 km/h (62 mph) and snow load exceed 0.5 kN/sqm.
